Ekgim daily devotion. Greetings of peace to you beloved family of God.

📖Hebrews 3:4 “For every house is built by someone, but the builder of all things is God”. (ESV)📖
✍The believer to be “built up” in Christ, is an architectural metaphor that speaks of a building that is constructed by the power of Christ Jesus . Just as Christ Jesus only can save a person, only Him can build up or mature a person.
✍God’s sanctifying work in our lives builds us and establishes us in the faith. As we place our trust and confidence in Christ, He causes growth to happen.
If you’re a follower of Christ, I pray that you can look back at your life, no matter how young or old you are, and see how He has been building you up. And another way that we’re built up and established is also through godly and Biblical instruction.
✍Like “The Big Oak”, may the Lord create in you deep roots and build in you a strong trunk and thick branches, so that you can weather the storms of life when they arise. And not just in the sense of, “I survived,” but the way the a live oak does by God’s grace in Jesus Name. Amen🙏🙏🙏
