Shalom beloved family of God. Here is the word for today.
✍As we start our journey of 2020, we come face to face with realities and principles that govern the earth we are living in. In every journey there are ups and downs, mountains and valleys, seasons and times and they are inevitable.
✍Each year comes with it’s blessing and challenge, the only difference is how we approach those challenges and what revelational blessing we see behind those challenges.
Today I would like to suggest two thoughts as we navigate through the new year:-
✅1. Forget the past year’s failures, mistakes and missed opportunities and face the year with hope. Don’t carry the weight of last year into this new year , it will hinder you from running the race of faith . The Scripture advises us “Forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead. — Philippians 3:13 (TLB)
✅ 2. Walk with consciousness of urgency of time . Because each day you wake up alive , it’s a gift and we must profitably and wisely maximise it for the glory of God. As the Psalmist wrote, “Teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.” We must thoughtful approach each day of this new year with some introspection of the brevity of time.
✍Let’s make better use of our time during the coming year by living kingdom minded, and purposeful life . Let’s be conscious of what we give and the seed we saw because it will return to us as a harvest .
✍As we begin the journey of life in this new year, I pray that your walk through the days ahead will be filled with God’s love that does not count the cost, full of hope and faith in Jesus Name. AMEN 🙏🙏🙏
