THE NECESSITY OF LIVING A PURE LIFE. (Part One)

Shalom beloved family of God. Here is the word for today.

📖2Corinthians 7:1 Since we have these promises, dear friends, let us purify ourselves from everything that contaminates body and spirit, perfecting holiness out of reverence for God.📖

✅God says we’re to keep ourselves pure. To be pure means to be unmixed with any other matter, to be free from anything that taints. God expects us to be holy – separated from anything that defiles our lives. We’re to have pure minds, pure hands, and pure hearts.

✅In a world where so much is happening , there are a lot of distractions and temptations, purity becomes sometimes difficult. Even more than difficult, the call to purity often goes forgotten and ignored. But we must remember that impurity through laziness or lack of commitment or simple rebellion are contaminating Christians and ruining their influence before the watching world.

✅ We live in a generation where wickedness is escalating at a higher level through the activities of the devil, that if we are not sensitive, we might end up compromising our faith. But in such a perverse world, God is calling and cautioning us to re-align our lives, thoughts, action to His will by the help of the HOLY SPIRIT.

✅Ask God to purify your heart, life, body, and your influence, May your words and thoughts be blameless in God’s sight. Desire to be holy and honor God in all your ways through the help of the holy spirit! May the lord help you to live with conscience that is void of offence before Him and people in Jesus Name. Amen. 🙏🙏🙏
