Grace and peace to you. Here is the word for today.

Read Esther 1:1-21 The story of Vashti; and Esther 2:1-17 The story how Esther was crowned a queen.

GOD’S PROVIDENCE: is God arranging circumstances and people to accomplish His sovereign will. When you read Esther’s , Daniel’s and Joseph’s story, it reveals that God will providentially either cause or allow things to happen that may be in contradiction to what He wants in order to achieve His ultimate, sovereign plan.

When these things happen, God overrules even the evil that people do to accomplish His goal. When you begin to understand God’s sovereignty and His providential ways of achieving His will, you can be conscious of God’s fingerprints even when He seems absent.

Because God can providentially do things in our lives, we can trust Him even when we cannot trace His hand at work in our lives. The story of Esther, Daniel and Joseph was recorded so that we can apply its truths to our circumstances as we grow to understand and appreciate God’s sovereignty and respond correctly to it.

God’s providence at work , will rearrange circumstances and people to accomplish God’s sovereign will and purpose. The impossible will become possible in your life if you believe in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. AMEN.
