Ekgim daily devotion. Greetings of peace to you beloved family of God.

✅Another action to take in view of Jesus Christ’s return is to invest in the Heavenly Treasury. (James 2:17“Faith that doesn’t lead us to do good deeds is all alone and dead!” (CEV).
✍Five times in the book of James, he emphasizes God’s generosity toward us. He also reminds us that God’s generosity should inspire us to be more generous with others. As we live in light of eternity, it becomes more clear that we don’t need all we have. So as we give to others what God has given to us, the Bible says we’re storing up treasures in heaven.
✍Acts of generosity, such as giving your time, talent or resources, and expecting nothing in return, have been proven to be good for our health. Generous individuals are personally more fulfilled, happier and more peaceful within themselves, not to mention more productive. God Himself gave us His only son because He loves us so much, and that Son died on a cross for us. It sets a model that generosity in God’s people should be sacrificial. May the Lord help us as we wait for Christ’s return, to use our resources wisely in expanding God’s work, and blessing those in needs in Jesus Name. Amen! 🙏🙏🙏
