📖Ephesians 4:23 says, “Be constantly renewed in the spirit of your mind” (AMPC)📖
✅Another step for seizing a fresh start is to have a renewed mind. To renew means to replace. So, renewing your mind means replacing the old way of thinking patterns with a new way. Therefore,
For a fresh start in fulfilling God’s will for your life, you need to change how you think. A renewed mind means to have fresh thoughts and a fresh thoughts will lead to fresh attitude. The only way you get that refreshment is through listening and reading God’s Word.
✅You don’t have to believe everything you think. You can actually decide what you choose to believe. The Bible says, “Carefully guard your thoughts because they are the source of true life” (Proverbs 4:23 CEV). Replace any thought that doesn’t align with God’s truth.
✅ Renewing your mind with the Word of God will strengthen your spirit. To fulfill God’s will for your life, you have to possess a renewed focused mind.
It makes your faith strong.You learn to think how God thinks and speak how God speaks. It will help you keep your eyes on Jesus Christ in the middle of the storms of life because you have developed the mind of Christ in you.
✅ To have a renewed mind is to have positive expectations in the forefront of your mind. A renewed mind enables you to live in hope. The impossible becomes reasonable because when God says He’s going to do something, you believe it will happen.You live in peace and you don’t worry; your speculations are positive. 2 Corinthians 10: 5 says, “We are destroying speculations and every lofty thing raised up against the knowledge of God, and we are taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ.” Speculations are the negative “what ifs” in life. Someone with a transformed mind does not entertain negative speculations. May the Lord help you to refocus and renew your mind. May your mind align with the truth of God and may your mind be filled with thoughts that was in Christ in Jesus Name. Amen !🙏🙏🙏
