Ekgim daily devotion. Greetings of peace to you beloved family of God.
✅In waiting for Christ’s return, Use your gifts to reach others. (James 4:17 “Remember, it is sin to know what you ought to do and then not do it” (NLT). God created every one of us uniquely with certain gifts, talents, abilities, and skills. God doesn’t do this for our own good but for the good of others.
✍God gave church leaders the responsibility of helping people discover what their gifts are—and how to use their gifts to serve others. When the church is not equipping their congregations to serve, it’s as if they’re encouraging them to waste what God has given them. The truth is, the more you understand the reality of Christ’ return, the more motivated you will be to apply these the actions we shared this week in your life.
✍I’m asked often, “Why do you think Jesus hasn’t returned yet?” It’s really not a hard question. Peter answers it in 2 Peter 3:15, “Our Lord’s patience gives people time to be saved” (NLT). God isn’t lazy. He’s patient. As we help people make these actions part of their lives on a regular basis, more people will get saved. Jesus will come back. We don’t know when. But let’s help people get ready as we wait and let us individually live with eternity conscience.
✍May the Lord help us in our different giftings to serve our generation and touch lives for Christ Jesus and Heaven will jubilate for the souls we have won Helelujjah. Stay blessed forever in Jesus Name. Amen! 🙏🙏🙏
