Ekgim daily devotion. Greetings of peace to you beloved family of God.

📖1Corinthians 10:13 “God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, he will show you a way out so that you can endure” (NLT). 📖
✍God’s grace helps you to keep standing when you’re tempted. There are things in life that can cause you to stumble, to get cast off to the side of the race, and to not finish well in life. But in each situation, God’s grace will get you through and Temptation is the thing that can cause you to stumble.
✍Temptation is an invitation to sin.
As recounted in the Gospel of (Matthew 4:1-11) Satan tempted Jesus as he was fasting – inviting him to sin but in all these temptation Jesus Christ did not succumb to the temptations. Jesus was tempted in every way like you and I are tempted ( Hebrew 4:15), Though He was fully God, but also human. He endured the temptation of Satan, maintaining His integrity by holding firm against all that Satan threw at Him using God’s word.
✍God says, “I will provide the grace to always give you a way of escape.” It may mean turning the channel of the TV or Radio. It may mean running out the door. It may mean changing the way you’re thinking. It may mean cutting off from bad company. It may mean stopping that bad habit . It may mean stopping reading that material. God will provide a way to escape temptation, the Bible says in (James 4:7″So be subject to God. Resist the devil [stand firm against him], and he will flee from you”). May the Lord grant you grace this time to overcome temptation in Jesus Name. Amen! 🙏🙏🙏
