📖Revelation 4:10 the twenty-four elders will fall down before Him who sits on the throne, and will worship Him who lives forever and ever, and will cast their crowns before the throne, saying, 11 “Worthy are You, our Lord and our God, to receive glory and honor and power; for You created all things, and because of Your will they existed, and were created.” [ NASB]📖
✅ To keep your faith strong no matter what life throws at us, we need to always worship God with a thankful heart. The word “worship” comes from an Old English word ” Worthship” which means, “to ascribe worth to someone.” We worship God because He is worthy. Our worship ascribes worth to Him because of who He is and what He does. We exist to ascribe worth to our creator.
✅ Do you like it when someone praises or honors you for a job well done or gives you a “pat on the back?” Do you like to be loved and wanted? So does God!Living life with worship in our hearts is pleasing to God. And just like loving others takes the focus off ourselves, so does worship.
✅ How do you worship? It’s through worship music, through being thankful for every day God gives you here on this earth, through words of adoration showing God how important He is to you and by taking time to pray to God everyday regardless of our circumstances!
✅ No matter what season you are in, staying focused on God and staying in the flow will help us experience His peace and love regardless of our circumstances, the way the Apostle Paul described in “Philippians 4:12-13 “have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. I can do all this through him who gives me strength.” [NIV]
🛐🛐🛐 May nothing ever hinder you from worshipping your creator, in all circumstances, ascribe worthy to God and your faith will be strengthened in Jesus Name. AMEN🙏🙏🙏
