🔷Point the needle of your life in the right direction. part Two.🔷
📖“Those who trust in themselves are fools, but those who walk in wisdom are kept safe” (Proverbs 28:26,)📖
✍Let’s consider Self, the southern point on the Compass direction of Life. The emphasis added on the above scripture is that Without a proper reference point in life, we end up being fools!
✍The character of fools are that they trusts their own heart, their own wisdom and counsels, their own strength and sufficiency, their own merit and righteousness, and the good opinion they has of themselves; those who does so are fools. The Bible clearly says in Psalm 14 :1a” The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.” ( ESV). So once you trust in yourself, it means you don’t need God .
✍The comfort of the wise is that. They walk wisely, they trust not their own heart, but are humble and self-diffident, and they go in the strength of the Lord God and they shall be delivered;when the fool, that trusts in his own heart, shall be destroyed.
➡ Self centred and directed life leads to domination, but trusting in God leads to deliverance and safety.
