Good evening brother. Amen and thank you for this great word. Let me share with you my encouragement from reading this tonight. As I write, I am in a hotel room in Yaounde Cameroon waiting to take a rapatriement flight back to the USA tomorrow. I have been stranded here since March 15th where I had come for ministry. After the first week, the Lord brought back Romans 8:28. I was meditating on it then. Shortly after, I got really sick and alone. The borders closed and unable to leave. It was a challenge indeed. While meditating on Romans 8:28, and sick, and frustrated the Lord showed me that this trip was about being and not doing. And you know what? I’m part of a prayer ministry group that is organized into different cohorts. One thing we do is called ” chapter a month ” when we memorize one chapter of the Bible each month. The chapter for this month is Romans 5. For the past 2 weeks, I have not stopped rehearsing verses 1-5 and mostly meditating on 3 and 4. Everything you just shared is a confirmation of what the Lord has been speaking to me on and also brings more insight to me. So thank you. And I get to read it on my last night here after 5 weeks confined. Is God working or what? My leaving is even a miracle in itself. There were 2 previous flights that I was not able to take. I was then told by the embassy that there would not be anymore flights. Only to have that turned 2 days later. Now I am on my way home to go to my wife. Isn’t God awesome? All this while I am still meditating on Romans 5. Thank you brother.
I just find it amazing to see once again how God works. I am here and you there with no communication between us, yet He is working in the lives of His children. Revealing Who He is and confirming His words in different ways, yet all joining together for His glory. Wow!
