📖James 4:8 “Draw near to God and He will draw near to you.Cleanse your hands, you sinners;and purify your hearts, you double-minded.[NKJV]📖
Ways by which we can be closer to God are:-
✅By cleansing ourselves from anything filthy, and sinful. 2 Corinthians 7:1″ Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.[KJV]
So how do we cleanse ourselves from anything filthy and sinful ?
✍By the word of God. John 17:17″ Sanctify them in the truth; Your word is truth.[NASB]; Psalms 119:9 ” How shall a young man cleanse his way? By taking heed and keeping watch [on himself] according to Your word [conforming his life to it]. [AMP]
✍By the blood of Jesus Christ. 1 John 1:7 ” but if we walk in the Light as He Himself is in the Light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin. [NASB]
✍Child of God, may you do all it takes to get rid of anything that stands in between you and God. Let God be in total control of your life, as you cleanse your life and draw closer to God, May His glory overshadow your life in Jesus Name. Amen! AMEN 🙏🙏🙏
