✅Another fear that Mary encountered was The fear of inadequacy. If someone has feelings of inadequacy, they feel that they do not have the qualities and abilities necessary to do something or to cope with life in general and that’s how Mary felt, she was like “How in the world am I supposed to be the mother of the son of God?”
✍So often we fall into the brokenness of this world and let our inadequacy and insecurities overtake us. We focus on what others think and say about us instead of falling to the truth that pours from our Lord. We care so deeply about being accepted by those around us instead of resting in the acceptance and overwhelming love that God has for us. If you find yourself drained and feeling like you’re not enough, listen to the truth of the Lord.
✍Nothing you will ever do will break the love that the Lord has for you. Even in your weakest moments where you feel unworthy and inadequate, you are loved and seen in fullness and greatness. Romans 8:38 And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love.[NLT]
✍ The fear of inadequacy carries the power to paralyze, but we can move beyond it to embrace life fully as God intends. How is that possible? by changing our thinking patterns, admitting fear, and moving forward. Do things far beyond your natural capabilities so you can grow in your understanding of God’s character. Believe you can do all things through Christ Jesus who strengthen you. Amen🙏🙏🙏
