✅ Being focused means having clear goals and objectives and your work is dedicated to achieving those goals and objectives. In the beginning of the year people make resolutions, goals and objectives to help them live a focused life along the year.
In being focused this year, I would like to suggest to us to try and focus in the following areas:- FOCUS UP, IN, AND OUT
✍When i say focus “UP” i mean , let your focus be Heavenly word unto God where your help will come from. ( Psalm 121. 1 I will lift up my eyes to the hills [around Jerusalem, to sacred Mount Zion and Mount Moriah]—From whence shall my help come? 2 My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth.)
✅ We have a choice on what we to focus our attention on. May I suggest to us that the best choice is is to focus unto God and things unseen which are eternal, because they have a great reward .
2 CORINTHIANS 4:18 NIV 18 So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.
✅Why do we need to focus unto God?, because He Is Almighty God, He Is Omniscient, Omnipotent and Omnipresent God. He Is the Alpha and Omega of our life and future. He Is the source of strength and power that sustain us through the journey of life. So we need God. In God we have all the possibilities to be what we want and we can achieve all that we need.
✅Many people fail because of wrong focus. Some are convinced they are too bad for God to help, or they have problems that are too big for God to handle. They focus more in their inability than in God’s ability. They focus more in the problem than in God who Is the solution. As long as we focus on the problem and let it consume our attention, we will be defeated by those challenges of life. But if we change and focus unto God, we will not be defeated and disappointed. We will be victorious and on the winning side in Jesus Name. Amen🙏🙏🙏
